OVERTIME RATES

7:00pm - 10:00pm = $250 P /h

10:00pm - 12:00am = $300 P/h

12:00am - 6:00am = $400 P/h

Overtime is charged after the 30min grace period

No additional charges for weekends except for public holidays.

NO REFUNDS ON BOOKING DEPOSITS Cancellation fee is 100% of studio booking under 48hrs. 50% Credit applied to rebooking prior to 48Hrs

When Video Production is mixed with Stills, Video rate may be reduced. Please contact studio prior to booking.

We do not allow water on the CYC under any circumstances unless approved prior to booking.

Our studios has blackout capability. Rental rates are based on 10hr or 12hr rentals between the normal operating hours of 7am - 7pm

Our studios are not soundstages and are not soundproofed. If you are recording audio, you may pick up minimal ambient noise from the street, we have reduced sound by adding insulation and additional doors to main studio.

Under no circumstances may gaffer's tape be used on the studio or eye floors, only paper painters tape is allowed.

WE ALWAYS ALLOW EQUIPMENT OWNED BY CREW TO BE BROUGHT IN. NO OUTSIDE VENDOR LIGHTING & GRIP ALLOWED IN STUDIO

OR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF 150% BOOKING RATE WILL BE APPLIED
