Every Booking incudes an onsite studio attendant to help facilitate with any requests. every rental incudes use of CYC a 300AMP distro box , SONOS Sound System, HMU Station (fits 2 models), 2 racks & 50 hangers, steamer and 1 robe. Full access to the outdoor patio, production kitchen with espresso machine and mini bar.

Although we are not a Sound Stage we have many productions on a regular basis that record sound. We are located on the ground level but the studio is fortunately set back away from the street with a double door entrance.

We have street parking and always provide a dedicated spot adjacent to our loading bay. If you cannot find parking just moments away is a parking garage, please enquire for more information.

We encourage Insurance for all bookings, Insurance is required when booking equipment.

Unfortunately we do not allow outside equipment unless discussed prior, but we always allow personally owned items.
